這是一個提供給國立台灣大學電機工程學系系友討論政治的園地。 原先這種討論是使用電子郵件形式進行，但是隨著部分話題的激化，部分系友開始抱怨這些電子郵件是不請自來，要求發信者節制，或甚至要求退出系友的電子郵件園地。
這個部落格在這種情形下被建立，提供另外一個管道，希望系友們可以將政治討論從電子郵件裏移到這裡，免除電子郵件帶來的種種問題。
在這裡發表政治方面的討論文章，不限台灣北京美國的政治，不限藍綠，也不限使用簡體繁體中文或英文。 兩個基本要求是，發表者必須是國立台灣大學電機工程學系大學部的畢業系友。 對於研究所畢業或是在校的大學部同學，在驗證上可能有困難，但是有興趣的話，這個園地仍然歡迎。 另一個基本要求是，每一篇發表的文章，都必須附上畢業級別如NTUEE83，和一個筆名或暱稱。
不建議在發表文章中提到真名，個人通訊資料或部落格網址等，但是如果文章發表人不在乎，這個園地不禁止在文章中提到這些資料。 有興趣的系友，歡迎將文章用電子郵件方式寄給 ntueepol@live.com 有關驗證的做法。 當足夠的系友使用這個園地時，另一個自動化驗證並發表的方法會被提出。
做為一個公開的部落格，讀者並不限於台大電機系系友，匿名回應的網友更不限於台大電機系系友。 但是下列三個原則，希望所有人遵守。
· 不得做人身攻擊;
· 請勿重複貼上同樣文章;
· 請勿貼上無關言論，尤其是商業化的言論，比如說在一個討論台灣政治的文章裏，貼上一個歡迎大家來我家餃子店用餐的回應。

At this very moment, no way (even the official 台大電機之友 site) to see where located our dear old teacher: 黃鐘洺教授appeared@29, published 2008/8/1 ?!
Years ago, luckily got 台大電機之友, but I never donate any$ that out of the shame, I emailed to ask never deliver it to me.
Failed(ie. they still mailed me), so instead of $(~財施), I must use my favorite way(~法施) to feedback:
Occasionally pointing out any typo errors(just as what I contributed back SMCH magazines during the past years).
Now that vol.29 of 台大電機之友 with paper version went ahead so far away the e-version on the net, perhaps:
(Conversely or reverse fairly:) It's time just publish e-version somewhere and announced@a_fixed_place or notified(via registered emails) all recipients afterward ?!
Then we save mail$ and a lot of materials(inks, papers ...etc.), which friendly more to our environments.

2 cents: As a matter of fact, once no way to prove ID, unless with inside message by each individual, any posts prune to be faked that I cancel myself awhile ago, sorry.

It is easy to forge emails and submit articles for others. But the email address used for each contributor is not shown in public, so a forger needs to guess it right. That's the first line of defense.
